Delta Real Estate’s Belgrade Sava Center investment, which was first announced by the company under a site reconstruction plan at the location in 2021, will now include an 220-room Intercontinental Group hotel, according to local media.
The hotel is part of a planned EUR 130 mln investment at the site, according to the Serbian news site ekapija.com. The hotel will be located on Milentija Popovica Street, and it will include office space, an underground garage, congress center and a “green oasis,” according to the company.
The news site added that the draft regulation plan for public review was posted in 2020.
