Belgrade witnessed the official opening of the AFI City Zmaj business center on June 28, with the investment projected to encompass 180,000 square meters and with the center located just off the E-75 highway and less than 15 minutes from the airport.
The opening took place before a VIP audience, which included the Israeli ambassador, H.E. Yahel Vilan, as well as Adir El-AI, AFI Europe Serbia CEO.
Project specs for phase one include two separate buildings of approximately 13,725 square meters, which both offer a ground floor plus four flours and one recessed floor. Average floor size comes to 2,600 square meters. The center is currently leasing.
