Chinese cable producer CCSC is slated to build a factory in Merosina, with the representatives of both the company and the city having signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that would see the production facility operational in 2025.
“The factory will employ 200 people, which will kickstart employment in the municipality,” the outgoing mayor, Sasa Jonavic, stated, as cited by Serbiamonitor.com.
CCSC-Interconnect Technology Limited specializes in the production of industrial cables, wiring, as well as data transfer materials and green energy.
