Serbian fertilizer producer Elixir Group announced at strategic cooperation agreement with German chemical company K+S to build an EUR 35 mln factory that will be located in Prahovo, the company said on Nov. 3.
The factory will have yearly capacity of 50,000 tonnes of mono-ammonium phosphate fertilizer, and it will located at he current Elixer Prahovo industrial site. Elixir Group will build the factory and storage facilities, and the K+S will distribute the product through its global network with a focus on markets in Europe and India, according to a press release cited by SEE News.
Kassel-headquartered K+S Group has more than 11,000 employees.
