Int’l technology firm Concentrix merges with Webhelp, will hire 120 in Serbia

NASDAQ/CNXC listed Concentrix Corporation, a leading global provider of customer experience (CX) services and technologies, has announced that it has closed the merger process with Webhelp, according to a company press release, with this also meaning that it will now enter the Serbian market through Webhelp, which has an office in Belgrade.

The latter was noted by local press, with ekapija.com pointing out the Webhelp office and stating that Concentrix will employ 120 people in Serbia.

Meanwhile, the release noted that until the merger is finalized, it will operate under the trade name „Concentrix + Webhelp”.

According to the release, this combination now positions Concentrix + Webhelp as a global CX leader, in an expanding space of generative AI alternatives, digital capabilities and other high-value services. It also strengthens its CX value proposition, leaving a footprint in global, well-balanced industry spheres to help the world’s best brands transform customer experiences and achieve their business goals.

Chirs Caldwell, CEO of Concentrix+Webhelp, stated: „I am excited to embark on this new journey together, I believe that, with our combined strengths, we are well positioned to redefine the industry and design, build and drive the future of CX for our incredible clients and evaluated.

“I want to thank our game-changers around the world who have made this possible,” he added. “I am truly honored to work with such a diverse and talented team,” said Chris Caldwell, CEO of Concentrix + Webhelp.”

The mergers was called a “historic moment, bringing together two recognized market leaders with complementary cultures, footprint, capabilities and vision for expansion in more than 70 countries.”

At the closing of this deal, the transaction was valued at approximately $4 billion, including net debt.
