Immofinanz opens seventh Stop Shop in Croatia

Central European investment and development company Immofinanz announced that it has opened another Stop Shop retail park in Gospic, Croatia, making that the seventh Stop Shop in the country.

The Stop Shop, located on Gospic’s Budacka street, officially opened Dec. 8, said Immofinanz, as cited by retailsee.com.

The GLA 8,600 square-meter park also hosts a 166-car parking lot and will serve a catchment area comprising more than 29,000 people.

Key tenants include Takko Fashion, Sport Vision, Sinsay, MANA, Anda and Yes, among others.

The opening makes four in Croatia in 2022 alone.

Immofinanz previously opened its sixth and then-largest STOP SHOP in Croatia in Velika Gorica. That retail park has 12 stores and a coffee house and with more than 8,500 sqm of rentable space.

Stop Shop Velika Gorica is located in the Western part of the city, only about 1.5 kilometers from the center. Among the retailers are well-known brands such as KiK, Plodine, Pepco, NKD, Deichmann, Sinsay, Optika Anda, New Yorker, DM, ZOO City and Hervis. And for the smallest shoppers there is a playground.

The STOP SHOP portfolio comprises 103 locations in ten countries with nearly 800,000 sqm of leasable space. In the medium term, the STOP SHOP portfolio is to be expanded to 140 locations.

Immofinanz is active in German, Austria and throughout the core countries of CEE and SEE.
