Immofinanz has obtained BREEAM-In-Use sustainability certificates for all 14 of its Stop Shop retail parks in Serbia, with ratings ranging from the top grade of ‘Excellent’ to at least ‘Very Good’.
Serbia has thus become the first country where Immofinanz has a completely BREEAM-certified Stop Shop network.
BREEAM’s evaluation criteria include energy, water, wastewater and waste management, material and land use, as well as the natural environment, biodiversity, health and well-being.
