Revolucija, developed by Granit Invest, will be located on Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 118 in Belgrade and had a total surface area of 9,870 square meters. The office development includes a 130-parking space garage, four elevators and rental surface area ranging from 435 meters to 840 meters per floor.
Revolucija also includes a congress center, electric vehicle charging stations and host of other amenities.
According to CBRE South Eastern Europe, Jelena Aleksic and the CBRE South Eastern Europe Advisory & Transaction team led the leasing effort.
