The city of Bor will soon see its first retail park, with the former Zastava car showroom now in the process of being converted by Bor Properties to host brands, such as Pepco, Super dr Max, DM, Sinsay and Admiral Casino.
The site will result in approximately 100 jobs, with the goal of the retail project to offer a “one-destination” for all shopping needs, according to Bor Properties CEO Nebojsa Radovic, as cited by retailsee.com.
Bor Mayor Alesandar Milikic also expressed his optimism for the project, as it will end “decades-long visual blight,” according to the publication.
